Fabulous Food / Artistic Presentation
Chef Hosch is a 1977 graduate of the /culinary Institute of America. He has owned a restaurant, co-authored two cookbooks, and served as the executive chef for a five star restaurant. He currently enjoys teaching healthy and gourmet cooking techniques throughout the state of PA. He is called to a variety of locations nationwide to assist with improving food quality, kitchen design and workplace efficiency. He has specialized in healthy cooking for the past twenty years with emphasis on exceptional flavors for all, including special diets. As an artist and former baker, his wife Ann also knows her way around the kitchen with an eye for detail.
